  • Step Two: Schedule a Parent and Student interview.
  • Step Three: Complete these forms: Student Application (PDF) (with the $100 registration fee per child) and a Parent and Student Agreement for each child.
  • Prior to the first day of school, each child's immunization records and an Emergency Contact card must also be provided to the school. Health Office information (PDF).
